The cost of solving one problem with its complete solution is $39. The price is for the support only. It does not include any software/hardware that you may have to buy.  

Answer Genie also has three models of problem solving,

1. Buy a year’s subscription for a dollar a day, i.e. $365 per year, with unlimited chat support and unlimited problems solving. 
2. Buy a subscription for chat and call support, which is available for $2200 a year, wherein you will be assisted over chat and call by the Genies. 
3. Buy our most popular subscription for $2499, wherein you get a dedicated account manager, for all your problems across all domains, available at all times. 

A dedicated account manager is your personal problem solver across all six mentioned domain i.e. 

1. Computer software and hardware 
2. Internet and security
3. Travel reservations
4. Taxes and finance
5. Virtual assistants
6. Cloud solutions

A dedicated account manager is available to you 24×7 and you can call him anytime, from anywhere, for any problem on the special number provided to you. The DAM will either solve your problem or connect you to a backend Genie who will solve your problem for you, LIVE! 

Answer Genie is a Singapore based company.  

The founders of Answer Genie were working in their regular 9-5 jobs, but got fed up of trying to manage their lives in the process. They were tired of booking appointments and paying a hefty fee to all the technicians who were assisting them in their finances, taxes, computers and all.

Tired of being on the other’s clock, we thought of coming up with a one stop solution where prompt, efficient and accurate responses were given; a solution with no appointments, queues, minimal expenses and spontaneity. 

This became the vision for starting Answer Genie.
